It's your chance to help build something special from the ground up.You'll have the opportunity to shape our Allied Health services, bring your ideas to life and make a genuine difference to the lives of older Australians all while being part of a supportive, collaborative team that values your expertise.What You'll Be DoingAs our Senior Physiotherapist, you'll play an key role in developing and delivering high‐quality, person‐centred Physiotherapy services across the community.You will:Lead and grow the development and delivery of Physiotherapy services within the communityHelp establish and grow a high‐performing, passionate Allied Health teamDeliver evidence‐based, person‐centred Physiotherapy services in clients' homes and community settingsChampion wellness and reablement, helping clients maintain strength, mobility, independence and quality of lifeConduct functional, mobility and home safety assessmentsRecommend and facilitate appropriate assistive equipment, home modifications and practical strategies to support safe and independent livingCollaborate closely with nurses, care partners and other health professionals to achieve outstanding client outcomesContribute to service innovation,
