Our work helps clients define their needs, make evidence-based decisions, procure and manage technology services, and deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.Your roleAs a Canberra Technology Consulting Graduate, you will join a high performing team of talented and supportive professionals who will help you learn and challenge you to grow.We are looking to hire graduates in our Canberra office to commence in February ****.
You will have the opportunity to work with government and public sector and private sector clients on projects that involve,
but not limited to:ICT sourcing and procurementProgram and project managementData analytics, market research and intelligenceContract and vendor managementAs part of project teams, you may be responsible for specific components of delivery, including:Gathering and analysing information through stakeholder interviews, workshops, research and data analysisSupporting clients to define business, technology and procurement requirementsContributed to applied research in support of ICT related procurementsConducting analysis and preparing clear outputs, presentations and evidence-based findingsAssisting with developing insights and recommendationsTaking ownership of tasks and delivering work to agreed timeframesKeeping the project lead informed of issues, risks and findingsBuilding trusted working relationships with team members, clients and stakeholdersCoordinating workshops and meetings, documenting outcomes and maintaining project artefactsYou will also contribute to internal initiatives that build our team's capability, including knowledge-sharing, capability development and the responsible use of technology and AI-enabled tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our work.Due to the nature of our Canberra client work,
applicants must be Australian citizens and able to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.To be eligible for the program, you will:be a final year student or recent graduate who has completed your undergraduate degree in the last 2 years - you must attach a copy of your most recent academic transcripthave solid academic results, preferably within the following disciplines; Information Technology or Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business or Commerce, Mathematics, Actuarial Studies, Data Analytics, and Law.
A double degree in a combination of the above disciplines would be favourable, but is not essentialhave highly developed analytical skills with a passion for solving complex IT and business problemsdemonstrate strong interpersonal and people management skillshave confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital toolshave confidence using AI tools in learning and day to day tasksWhy MinterEllison?
