We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Sales Support professional to join Aletek's growing team.
This role plays a critical part in enabling our sales function to perform at its best—combining customer service, data management, and operational coordination.You'll act as the central hub between Sales, Customers, and Operations—ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and a consistently high standard of customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound enquiries, orders, and customer communicationsPrepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentationsDeliver responsive customer service and resolve or elevate issuesEnsure accurate handover of orders to operationsManage shared inboxes and prioritise workflow effectivelyProcess sales orders end-to-end with accuracy and timely updatesCoordinate with operations, logistics, and supply chain teamsMonitor delivery timelines and communicate changes proactivelyIdentify efficient stock allocation and supply solutionsData Management & ReportingPrepare and maintain customer pricing files and contract dataPerform data analysis to ensure accuracy across pricing and customer recordsSupport forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance trackingAnalyse customer spend and KPIs for reviews and reportingCoordinate administrative support for inventory reviewsDevelop presentations, catalogues, and marketing collateralMaintain CRM data integrity,
