Data and AI Product ManagerOwn the data and AI product roadmap for CBRE PacificThe bridge between business ambition and technical deliveryHybrid/Sydney CBD, Land of the Gadigal PeopleThe Opportunity:As Data Product Manager, you will partner with business leaders across Leasing, Consulting and Capital Markets to identify the opportunities that matter most, turn them into products, and track whether they generate real value.Key responsibilities:Owning the data and AI product roadmap for CBRE Pacific, keeping it prioritised, sequenced and visiblePartner with business leaders, data engineers, architects and delivery teams to define and drive data product vision, strategy and roadmaps.Building business cases for data and AI investment and prioritising against value, effort and strategic fitLead the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from discovery and opportunity framing through to delivery, adoption and benefits realisation.Act as the translation layer between technical teams and business stakeholders, turning complex data concepts into clear requirements and priorities.Shape prioritised backlogs, define success measures and drive continuous improvement across data products, dashboards and insight solutions.Champion data literacy, governance and pragmatic opportunities in analytics, automation and AI across the business.Leading data and AI products through delivery end to end, working with the Architect and engineering teamsDriving adoption and tracking value realisation, measuring outcomes, not just outputsAbout you:8+ years in product management, with significant experience owning data, analytics or AI/ML productsProven ability to translate business problems into data and AI products that deliver measurable valueStrong commercial acumen,
including experience building business cases and quantifying ROIExperience managing product roadmaps and backlogs in agile delivery environmentsExcellent stakeholder management, comfortable influencing at senior business and technology leadership levelSo, what's in it for you?
