The territory spans Seymour, Shepparton, Benalla, Wangarratta and Albury-Wodonga, covering one of the state's key regional corridors.
Given the size and spread of the territory, candidates based in or around Shepparton would be well positioned for ease of travel and customer engagement.In this role, you'll embed a high-performance culture, coach and develop a team or 7 Sales Representatives, and drive territory volume and sales to deliver growth for both our customers and CCEP.
You'll leverage all our data analytics tools and apply Customer Centric Selling (CCS) principles to ensure success.Collaboration both internal and external is key; you'll work closely with internal partners such as EQS (Equipment Services) and account teams to fulfil our customer commitments plus also externally with Regional & Area managers in the biggest Customer groups within the CCEP Customer portfolio.
