Baptist World Aid Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Support Officer to join our Finance Team.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years' experience in a finance or accounts role wanting to build broader hands‐on experience across accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations and financial administration within a purpose-driven organisation committed to ending poverty.At Baptist World Aid Australia, you'll be part of an organisation that works alongside communities in more than 20 countries to help create lasting change.

In this role, you will be responsible for:The accounts payable processHandling account inquiries, managing other financial transactions such as credit card and petty cash payments, and assisting with international partner payments and month-end reconciliationsMaintaining accurate financial records for audit and compliance,



and providing reports and participating in projects as neededThis position suits someone who can work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Who are we looking for?
