Currently we have an exciting chance for a Service Advisor, to join our Service Department located at Lilydale.As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, your main responsibilities will include:Build and maintain positive relationships with customersBook and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairsSetting and obtaining service sales and profit objectivesSkills & Experience:Previous experience as a service advisorStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSound computer skillsSolid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)Current National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencementWhat's on offer?
