Your OpportunityThe Flight Line Crew Leader is responsible for providing oversight to the A-level workforce with respect to Flight Line and minor maintenance activities.This full time leadership role offers an Annual Salary Package of AUD$105,504 plus Super plus Military Bonus.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate flight line planning activities to execute the planned flying program.Ensure that the aircraft is fit for the intended sortie whilst discharging the Dispatch to Operator function.Supervise and certify high-frequency scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance.Exercise the privilege of a B1 license by issuing a CRS for line maintenance activities (if licensed).
Be dedicated to exceeding the customers' expectations and delivering an efficient operation, whilst maintaining a safe environment.Ensure that the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is carried out in accordance with Pilatus/OEM approved publications/instructions using approved parts supplied from approved sources.Make certain that staff have been correctly trained and certified to carry out the work assigned to them and that the procedures laid down in the MOE are followed.Deploy in support of deployed ADF operations.Ensure that all procedures are carried out IAW the PTS MOEActively support and participate in the Jet Aviation Core Values and Safety, Security and Environment policies and procedures as detailed in the Jet Aviation Governance and PolicesWork with the Flight Line Coordinator to foster a sense of 'Safety First' within the A-level workforce.Maintain good relationships with the customer.Report and raise any observations, through the appropriate process, with regard to continuous improvement,
safety management and customer satisfaction.Other duties as may be directed by your supervisor from time-to-time to support program successWhat will help you to SucceedEssentialMinimum Cert IV AEROSKILLSDemonstrated understanding if Aviation regulatory requirements for maintenance both civil and military (part 145).
