The Role:Monday - Friday,



we are seeking an up and coming Property Manager to assist in service a clean and tidy local portfolio all based in close proximity to the Macarthur Area.
With training and support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlordsIngoing, outgoing, and routine inspectionsConducting repairs and maintenanceRental arrears managementThe Candidate:A current Certificate of Registration & driver's licensePrevious experience in Real Estate is highly regardedHigh level of professionalismExceptional communication skills both written and verbalHigh level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skillsStrong knowledge of the local areaA positive, can-do attitude!
