We're seeking an experienced finance professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and can deliver precision in client account management.What You'll DoUpload customer invoices and statements onto client portalsUpdate purchase orders on invoicesProcess credit notes to customer accounts, email credit notes to customers,
update notes in systemEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsAd-hoc accounts receivable related requests when requiredWhat You Bring1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance rolesStrong working knowledge of accounting ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, Sage, NetSuite)High proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAble to manage high volume uploads into portals and repetitive tasks dailyStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA collaborative, adaptable attitude and solid work ethicPositive attitude and willing to learnWhy Join Shred-X?
