you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's development and school readiness.You'll:Create engaging and meaningful educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Foster children's curiosity, creativity, confidence, and sense of belongingLead learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and developmental needsBuild strong, collaborative relationships with families and the wider communityMentor and support educators within the kindergarten learning environmentContribute to achieving and maintaining high-quality outcomes against the National Quality Standards (NQS)Help create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging setting where every child can flourishAbout YouYou'll bring:A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtainCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality FrameworkA genuine passion for inspiring children and supporting their learning journeyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsOur CurriculumAt Affinity Education Group, you'll be supported to deliver our exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum.
