You will lead kitchen operations, mentor staff, and help drive our high-volume, hospitality-focused culture.Working with an executive chef, you'll develop menus and specials, ensure food safety, and maintain the brand's love of BBQ and burgers.
Australian work rights required; minimum 12 months sous chef experience.
