This is more than a typical Duty Manager role – it's an opportunity to be part of a cooperative team focused on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.
We're looking for a hands‐on leader who is a genuine team player, with a passion for building strong relationships and leading from the front.Key Responsibilities (not limited to)Oversee and coordinate day-to-day club operationsEnsure compliance with Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, WHS, AML/CTF and RSA/RCG requirementsFulfil Responsible Gaming Officer (RGO) duties, with a strong focus on harm minimisationLead, coach and support team members, including performance management and appraisalsChampion and promote the Club's culture, including our Reward & Recognition ProgramAttend and contribute to Duty Manager team meetingsComplete administrative reporting (shift, incident,



accident and staff reports)About YouHospitality Management qualifications (or equivalent experience)2–3+ years' experience in a Duty Manager role, ideally within a club environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop teamsConfident decision-maker, able to prioritise and delegate in a fast‐paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResults-driven with a track record of achieving KPIsCurrent RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG (essential)Willingness to obtain National Police and Working With Children ChecksAdditional certifications highly regarded (TAB, Senior First Aid, Food Safety Supervisor)Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights and weekendsOwn reliable transportRemuneration commensurate with knowledge & experience.Why Join Us?
