We work alongside people with complex needs and those who may have felt overlooked or misunderstood by traditional systems.Our approach is trauma-informed, affirming and grounded in dignity, choice and genuine partnership.About the roleAs a Psychologist at Chrome Health, you'll have the opportunity to provide psychological therapy that is trauma-informed, affirming and genuinely client-led.You'll complete assessments and reports that are clear, practical and meaningful - helping participants access the supports they need across NDIS, DSP, medico-legal and other settings.You'll build trusted relationships with individuals, families and support networks, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide thoughtful, holistic care, support clients to build confidence, capacity and greater choice in their lives, and contribute to a positive clinical culture where compassion, collaboration and clinical excellence go hand in hand.Key responsibilitiesProvide psychological therapy that is trauma-informed, affirming and genuinely client-ledComplete assessments and reports that are clear, practical and meaningful - helping participants access the supports they need across NDIS, DSP, medico-legal and other settingsBuild trusted relationships with individuals,
