As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems.
This includes managing operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and network protocols.
Additionally, they will handle all Tier 2 and 3 support escalations from customers, and work closely with other engineers and staff to ensure that all IT systems function effectively and efficiently at optimum levels.




If the support work is completed, then engineer will be involved in project work as well.QualificationsPast experience with a managed system provider(MSP) will be highly regarded3+ years of experience in System Administration roles including patching, vulnerabilities,We need someone with hands on experience to install Fortinets, Meraki and SOPHOS.Professional experience with Microsoft Server and VmwareStrong proficiency in Sharepoint and copilot.Excellent problem-solving skills, robust attention to detail, and keen analytical abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholdersRelevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft certifications or CCNA
