Initial Casual Assignment (6 months) $75-$85 per hour + Super | Potential Permanent OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Internal Projects Manager to lead and deliver a range of strategic and operational improvement initiatives across a large and complex organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful business outcomes, lead cross-functional projects, and contribute to ongoing transformation and continuous improvement programs.

Contribute to meaningful projects that drive business transformation and deliver tangible outcomes across a complex organisation.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of internal business projectsDevelop project plans, business cases, implementation schedules, and governance frameworksManage project budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and reportingPartner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable project outcomesFacilitate stakeholder workshops, steering committee meetings,
and project reviewsDrive organisational change and support adoption of new processes and systemsMonitor project performance against agreed milestones and success measuresIdentify and implement process improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with project governance standards and documentation requirementsYour ProfileTo be successful, you will bring:5+ years' experience in project management, business transformation, PMO, or operational improvement environmentsProven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion with strong services experienceStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functionsExperience managing budgets, project reporting, and governance requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsChange management experience will be highly regardedImmediate start opportunityAttractive hourly rate of around $75-$85 per hour + superInitial 6-month casual role (full time hours) with a strong likelihood of permanencyOpportunity to work on high-profile business improvement and transformation initiativesCollaborative and supportive environmentExposure to senior stakeholders and strategic ************** ***#SCR-patrick-bergman
