and allied health professionals to achieve positive care outcomes.Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.Support quality improvement initiatives and effective resource management.Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication.Who We are Looking for:Minimum 3 years Registered Nurse ExperienceLeadership experience preferably in an Aged Care SettingKnowledge of Aged Care StandardsCommitment to person-centered careAbility to maintain accurate clinical documentation and care planning skillsWhy Join Royal Freemasons?
