collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together and is committed to delivering exceptional patient and client care.About the RoleThis is a part-time Receptionist position working approximately ***** hours per week.As the heart of the client experience, you'll play an important role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly while creating positive experiences for our clients and their pets.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting clients and patients on arrivalAnswering phone calls and managing enquiriesBooking appointments using our practice management systemProcessing payments and managing receiptingManaging client emails and correspondencePreparing patient admission paperworkCompleting banking and general administrative dutiesAssisting with patient triage (training provided)Providing general advice regarding vaccinations, nutrition, and parasite preventionPreparing estimates for elective proceduresSupporting the veterinary and nursing teams with day-to-day clinic operationsThis is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same and where your customer service skills will truly shine.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience in a reception, administration,
