Milperra, Sydney NSWFull-time | Permanent | On-siteCompetitive Salary PackageAbout Colab Design GroupColab Design Group designs and builds award-winning exhibition stands, retail environments and brand activations for clients across Australia.About the RoleThis is a working management role where you'll lead by example while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day running of the warehouse.You'll oversee warehouse operations, coordinate pick and pack activities, manage stock and freight, supervise warehouse assistants and contractors during busy periods, and ensure projects are prepared accurately and on time.Working closely with our design and production teams, you'll manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a safe, organised and effective warehouse.This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where strong organisation, time management and communication are essential.You'll also support exhibition installations and project deliveries on site across Sydney when required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operationsPlan and prioritise warehouse activitiesPick, prepare, pack and dispatch projects accurately, safely and on timeCoordinate deliveries, freight and inventoryReceive, inspect and organise incoming goodsMaintain accurate stock, dispatch and inventory recordsOperate material handling equipment, including an electric pallet stacker and pallet moverSupervise warehouse assistants, casual labour and contractors during busy periodsLoad and unload company vehicles and freightMaintain a clean,



safe and organised warehouseWork closely with the production team to meet project deadlinesSupport exhibition installations and project deliveries across Sydney when requiredAbout YouYou'll have:Previous experience executing, managing or supervising warehouse operations (essential)Experience leading warehouse staff, contractors or casual labourExperience working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentStrong organisational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesA proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approachGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a teamAbility to work independently and take ownershipPhysically fit and capable of safely undertaking manual handling and loading activitiesCurrent full Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle (essential)Full Australian working rightsAvailable to work on site across Sydney when requiredWhy Join Colab Design Group?
