You will provide supervision and performance support while contributing to the career development of the team.
The role will involve overseeing individual support and case planning to ensure positive outcomes for young people.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers to establish effective referral pathways and partnerships.
You will oversee program activities and ensure service delivery meets contractual and compliance requirements.
A key component of the role will be managing engagement programs and ensuring accurate and timely data collection and record keeping.




You will manage staff rosters in line with relevant industry regulations and operational requirements.
You will contribute to strategic and operational planning, internal auditing and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also contribute to reporting, the development of new projects and funding submissions, and provide regular reports and briefs to management.Essential Criteria:Minimum 2 years' management or Team Leader experienceMinimum 5 years' experience in youth and case workRelevant Bachelor's degree in Community Services, Behavioural Sciences, Social Work or a related field, or commensurate experienceDemonstrated experience supervising and supporting youth and casework teamsStrong understanding of youth support, case planning and service deliveryExperience managing youth engagement programsStrong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to manage reporting, compliance and data requirementsExperience managing staff rosters in line with industry requirementsCurrent driver's licenceAbility to obtain/maintain a Working with Children Check and Criminal History Check
