Your rate is reviewed as you get the hang of things, start rolling independently, and prove yourself.
Here's what the full package could look at $50/hr:Base wage only: $50/hr | $2,000/week | $104,000/year+ Commission — growing ($80K/mth): ~$72/hr+ | ~$2,893+/week | ~$150,448+/yearThat means our top Plumbers are, and can earn $86/hr+ | ~$3,447+/week | ~$179,248+/year.

Additional allowances also apply: Mobile phone — we run a fully digital operation from booking to invoice and taking payment, operating a digger or excavator.
