The Autism Connect Early (ACE) Programme in 5 early childhood centres, which provide early childhood support for children and their families.
The programme aims to promote skill development and meaningful participation in the early childhood setting using naturalistic supports.
We aim to meet children where they are at; offer individualised regulation supports; build social connection and relationships; and support them to achieve their individualised goals.About your roleOffer assessment and therapy to support communication, with a strong emphasis on multimodal communication support, use of AAC, functional communication, feeding support and participation in meaningful contexts.Work collaboratively with families, educators,



and other allied health professionals to build supportive and inclusive environments.Provide guidance and clinical support to teams working within the ACE Programme.Mentor and guide early-career therapists and therapy assistants.Contribute to service development, program innovation, and professional learning within our team.Uphold a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based philosophy in all aspects of practice.About youTertiary qualification in Speech PathologyRegistration with Speech Pathology Australia.Clinical experience, ideally with neurodivergent children and young people.Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
