Healthy starting wage with bonus structure in placeReceive regular industry training and developmentJoin a training and management team that will inspire youThis Rare opportunity has become available to Manage the First ever BFT Studio in the world.BFT Prahran is looking for an experienced, people-first leader to step into the role of Studio Manager at BFT's first‐ever studio.This is a key leadership role within the business and an opportunity to take ownership of one of our longest-standing and most established communities.As Studio Manager, you'll be one of the main faces of BFT Prahran and play a major role in the day‐to‐day running, growth, culture and overall member experience of the studio.You'll work closely with our Head Coach, coaching team and owners to make sure the studio is operating at a high standard across everything from member engagement and retention to sales, team leadership and daily operations.THE ROLEThis is a hands‐on position for someone who loves people, enjoys leading a team and takes pride in creating an environment members genuinely want to be part of.You'll be responsible for helping drive the growth of the studio while making sure our existing members continue to feel known, valued and looked after.On any given day, you could be:Welcoming new members and guiding them through their first experience at BFTFollowing up trials, leads and membership enquiriesBuilding genuine relationships with members and helping improve retentionLeading and supporting the coaching team alongside the Head CoachMaintaining high standards across presentation, service and studio operationsManaging day‐to‐day administration and membership queriesHelping organise studio events,
