Internal progression has created an opportunity for an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team at the Bondi clinic.
In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments for our patients.
This position would be a great fit for a proactive individual who is passionate about providing excellent service in the area of obstructive sleep apnea management.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Initial point of contact for both new and existing clientsConduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathingOffer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirementsProvide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patientsEducate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment optionsCollaborate with healthcare professionals and service providersPromote and upsell our product range and servicesMaintain and sterilise clinic equipmentAre you a MATCH?
