Integrated Logistics Support Manager - ILSClearance Required: Have an Australian Government security clearance of at least NV1.Work Arrangement: Melbourne or Canberra |Hybrid and flexible working arrangements availableEngagement: Full-timeAbout the RoleHorsell is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – ILS/IPS Management to support Defence and complex asset programs through the delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) outcomes.This role will lead and coordinate supportability activities across the full product lifecycle, ensuring integrated, compliant, and sustainable support system solutions aligned with client and project requirements.You will work closely with Defence stakeholders, engineering teams, OEMs, and project managers to deliver high-quality support system governance, planning, and assurance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver ILS/IPS management activities across Defence and complex asset programsDevelop and maintain ILS/IPS management plans, governance artefacts, schedules, and reporting frameworksCoordinate Support System activities across engineering, maintenance, supply, training, and operational stakeholdersManage governance forums, risk and issue tracking, compliance activities, and delivery assuranceSupport client engagement, workshops, reporting, and decision-support activitiesContribute to proposal development, estimating, and capability growth within the ILS/IPS disciplineRequired Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in ILS/IPS Management, logistics engineering, sustainment, or related disciplinesDemonstrated experience delivering Defence or complex regulated programsStrong understanding of Support System integration and lifecycle sustainment principlesExperience developing ILS/IPS plans, governance frameworks, and supportability documentationStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDesirable SkillsFamiliarity with Defence standards such as DEF(AUST)
