We pride ourselves on our unique approach to projects by combining trade-qualified building experts, certified project management skills, and quality suppliers and trades.About the roleWe're looking for aSite Managerto confidently take ownership of their site and project, working closely with the management team to ensure seamless productivity for projects and a quality end-result.
Day-to-day, this role is responsible for managing in office operations, site WHS compliance, suppliers and trades to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The right person will have the opportunity to develop their experience into a Project Management role.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management and coordination of all trades on site.Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, trades & suppliers.Offer technical and logistical support to subcontractors.Understand and interpret information from fabrication and construction drawings.Champion safe work practices from project planning through to site delivery.Ensure compliance with standards, policies, procedures,



and documented specifications.About youDemonstrated experience supervising/managing construction projects, including overseeing multiple trades simultaneouslyCarpentry or Trade Background preferredStrong understanding of the end-to-end to build processHave an eye for detail and pride yourself on a job well doneStrong leadership skills with a knack for resolving site issues and directing resources efficiently.Initiative and problem solvingAble to manage site WHS and compliance platformsExperience with Excel, Word and Microsoft 365 would be preferredAttractive remuneration package: We offer a competitive salary of $170-$199k per annum varying based on experience, plus the use of a company vehicle.Ongoing learning opportunities: We strongly support continuous learning, and support our team to take up opportunities of interest.
