We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive culture and aim to provide our staff with both a challenging and rewarding career.The RoleThis is a hands-on supervision role running a crew of civil operators and equipment to deliver earthworks projects across site.Day to day, you'll be responsible for:Planning and running earthworks circuits — fleet allocation, daily targets and putting the right operators in the right seatsManaging day-to-day delivery — prestarts, permits,



work packs and progress against programDelivering the works to the drawings and documentation, with quality checked as you goLeading your crew and setting the standard on safety and qualityOperating equipment when the job requires itWorking with the client's site team on a daily basisRequirementsBMA Supervisor authorisation (any open cut site), held for a minimum of 1 yearRecent experience supervising crews for a civil contractor on BMA or similar tier one mining sitesProven ability to take a job from the drawings and see it throughAbility to operate earthworks plant to a competent levelG1/8/9 (previously S1/2/3) & G2 supervisor competencies, current QLD Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and BMA inductions, and an Australian Driver's LicenceComputer literate & comfortable with permits, work packs, reporting and site systemsOur crews pitch in and get it done — we need a supervisor who sets that standard, backs their operators to do their job, and keeps a firm hand when it's neededPride in your work, a strong safety commitment and a can-do attitude are a mustWhat's on OfferPermanent full time positionCompany vehicle provided8/6 roster, dayshift onlyFIFO with flights provided (Brisbane or Cairns) or DIDOCamp accommodation, meals, uniforms and PPE all providedGenuine opportunity to grow with the company as our project pipeline grows
