In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services that support production, aftermarket operations, and inventory management.You will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and contribute to sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chainKey ResponsibilitiesRaise and manage purchase orders in the ERP system in line with demand and procurement policiesMonitor orders through to delivery, managing delays, backorders, and changes as requiredLiaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and lead timesSupport supplier negotiations within delegated authorityAssist with onboarding current suppliers, including documentation and system setupIdentify and evaluate new suppliers to support cost, quality, and supply continuitySupport sourcing activities (RFQs, supplier comparisons, and recommendations)Work closely with production, planning, and engineering teams to ensure material availabilityCoordinate logistics and freight, resolving delivery issues where neededMaintain accurate purchasing data and support reporting on orders, supplier performance,
