You'll join a cooperative team where ideas are welcomed, continuous improvement is encouraged, and your contribution will help shape the future of the customer experience function.What You'll Be DoingDeliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, even in challenging situationsProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently with a strong focus on detailResolve customer enquiries, complaints, and delivery issues with professionalism and empathyMonitor DIFOT performance and proactively manage customer expectationsWork across ERP systems (Pronto preferred) to maintain accurate records and order informationLiaise closely with operations, production, transport, and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service deliveryIdentify inefficiencies and contribute ideas that improve processes, customer outcomes, and team performanceSupport the business through ongoing operational improvements and change initiativesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience within customer service, customer experience, order processing,
or internal salesExceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyResilience and professionalism when dealing with frustrated customers or complex issuesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutionsAdaptable and comfortable working within a business experiencing growth and operational changeConfident communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the organisationExperience using ERP systems, ideally Pronto, will be highly regardedPrevious experience within building products, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry preferredWhat's On Offer$75,000 - $85,000 + SuperOnsite parking and salary packaging optionsStructured onboarding and comprehensive trainingGenuine opportunity to influence processes and contribute to business improvement initiativesSupportive leadership team with an open-door approachCareer development opportunities within a growing organisationSocial and collaborative team environmentOwn transport requiredWhy This Role?
