This senior leadership role oversees all underground mining operations and reports to the General Manager.The 8:6 FIFO roster (ex-Melbourne) supports delivery of safe, productive, and profitable outcomes while building a high-performance culture on site.
You will lead production, planning, and technical teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
