INTEGRATED RECOVERY SERVICES – Wheelers Hill VICWe are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our debt recovery division.
This role is primarily focused on new business development, identifying, pursuing, and onboarding recent clients.
You will also have an oversight of operational performance to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
In addition, ensuring our current clients are provided with quality service.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (finance, utilities, telco, healthcare, trade credit, etc.)Develop and execute a sales/growth strategy to win new clientsBuild a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and partnershipsPrepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and tenders to prospective clientsNegotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and service level agreements with new clientsBuild and maintain relationships with key referral sources (lawyers, accountants, credit managers, industry bodies)Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand presenceTrack and report on business development KPIs (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue growth)Act as senior point of contact for key client accounts,
