This is a genuine opportunity for a CA/CPA-qualified accountant ready to step up into a client-facing leadership role, with direct access to Directors and real influence over how the practice grows.About the RoleManaging a portfolio of company, trust, partnership and individual clients across accounting, tax and advisory servicesReviewing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS/IAS work prepared by your teamLeading tax planning and business advisory engagements, including direct client deliveryOverseeing management reporting and financial analysis for key clientsBuilding and maintaining senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorSupervising, mentoring and developing Intermediate and Senior AccountantsManaging WIP,
