We focus on Architectural and Custom Residential projects, and we take pride in our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesOversee all project documentation including interpretation of building plans and project specificationsEnsure compliance with building regulations and codes of practiceComplete site inductions and ensure WPH&S; complianceRecord and report variationsManage sub-contractors, quality of materials and workmanshipPlace orders for materials and trades as requiredLiaise with internal team members and external consultantsLiaise with clientsReport to the DirectorAbout youMinimum 3-5 years' Site Supervisor / Builder experienceCertificate IV of Construction or equivalentQBCC Builders License (Builder Low Rise) or Site SupervisorWhite Card certifiedSelf-driven, organized, high attention to detail and enthusiastic team playerExcellent communication and leadership skillsProven experience in Architectural and Custom Residential projectsBe part of an award-winning teamExciting projects that challenge and inspireA supportive and collaborative work workplace
