About UsFlinders Bar & Nightclub is one of Townsville's nightlife destinations, delivering big nights, great entertainment and a high-energy atmosphere.We're looking for our next Venue Manager — but this time, we're taking a different approach.You don't need to already be a Venue Manager.We want to hear from the gun Assistant Manager or Duty Manager who's ready for the next step, wants more responsibility and is hungry for the opportunity to take ownership of their own nightclub.If you're already the person people turn to when the venue gets busy, something goes wrong, staff need direction or a big night needs to come together — this could be your opportunity.The RoleYou'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of Flinders Bar & Nightclub, with support from an experienced management team around you.You'll be responsible for building a strong team, delivering successful nights, maintaining venue standards and helping drive the continued growth of the business.What You'll Be DoingLeading, training and motivating the venue teamManaging staffing, stock and service standardsOverseeing events, entertainment and major trading nightsWorking towards sales, budget and performance targetsWorking alongside marketing and promotions to drive attendanceMaintaining liquor licensing,
