Rate$75,000 – $85,000 + Super (based on experience), equivalent to approx.
$***** – $*****/hr (inclusive of Super)The RoleYou'll start out working directly with our Director in the office, learning our systems and the way we operate, before moving into a hybrid rhythm split between the office and home once you're across everything.
We have a dedicated team who handle compliance, HR, safety and other back‐end admin functions, so you won't be doing this alone.
You'll work alongside them while this role stays squarely focused on customer service, coordination and keeping our day to day operations sharp.

ideally one with an emergency response or urgent call‐out elementComfortable with basic estimating or quoting for trade/service workThis position will report directly to the Director and is required to undertake the general administration and coordination of the business to ensure jobs run smoothly from enquiry through to completion, including urgent same‐day works.
You will be directly responsible for:Being the "face of the business" as the first point of contact, answering phone calls, emails and other correspondence, including urgent enquiriesCoordinating site attendances and scheduling technicians efficiently, including emergency and same‐day jobsAssisting with estimating and preparing quotes for jobsEntering, maintaining and managing jobs in our job management system (ServiceM8) from start to finishRaising purchase orders for materials and following up outstanding ordersDelivering exceptional customer service to our clients and trade partners, often under time pressureIdentifying opportunities to streamline and improve our processes and systemsBeing a key member in the growth and development of a fast‐growing player in the Sydney electrical industryOur CultureWe're a small, close‐knit team where everyone knows each other and pitches in when it counts.
