On the bigger jobs you'll be leading a small crew and keeping the other trades moving.Day to day:Stud walls, ceilings, partitions, doors and hardware, joinery installFirst and second fix fitout carpentryMake valuable and defit work.
Patching, removals, getting tenancies back to base build and lease readyWorking off plans and setting outRunning a small crew, allocating the day's work and keeping it movingKeeping the site safe, tidy and compliantTalking to the project manager about progress,



materials and anything likely to hold the job upRunning demolition projects with an in-house team.What we're looking forCert III in CarpentrySolid commercial experience.
Fitout, make positive or shopfittingAble to lead a small crew and run a site without being chasedYour own hand toolsFull driver licence and a reliable vehicle to get between sitesConstruction Induction (White Card)EWP or scissor lift ticket is a bonus, not a deal breakerMost of all we want someone who turns up, does the work properly and can be trusted on site on their own.What we offerConsistent full time work year round, not project to projectVariety across commercial sites all over MelbourneA PM who answers the phone and gives you a straight answerA path into site supervision if that's where you want to head
