The Role
This is a hands-on,



strategic role suited to someone who thrives on bringing structure to growing businesses.
Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll design, implement, and embed operational systems that improve visibility, accountability, and profitability across the business.
You'll work closely with office, yard, and site teams, supporting the rollout of new systems while coaching staff through change.
Key Responsibilities
Implement KPIs, reporting, job costing, and profitability systemsImprove quoting, pricing, stock control, and asset managementStrengthen governance, compliance, contracts, and debt processesLead key projects including office relocation and system rolloutsImplement project management, asset tracking, and traffic systemsFormalise people processes and support teams through change
About You
You're structured, proactive, and confident leading operational change in a practical, blue-collar environment.
You'll bring
5+ years' experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvementStrong system implementation and project management capabilityExperience in construction, scaffolding, or related industries (highly regarded)Solid understanding of job costing, pricing, and profitabilityConfidence working with trades, supervisors, admin teams, and directorsA coaching mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills
