Working closely with the House & Land Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing opportunities to market and ensuring packages remain accurate, compliant and ready to sell.What You'll Be DoingPreparing and maintaining House & Land packagesUpdating pricing, inclusions and promotional offersReviewing plans of subdivision, engineering plans and estate documentationCompleting basic siting assessments and feasibility reviewsMaintaining CRM systems, package databases and reportingCoordinating package flyers and marketing collateralLiaising with developers, land agents and internal stakeholdersSupporting the sales team with accurate package informationManaging multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are metWhat Will Help You SucceedYou'll ideally come from a House & Land, residential construction, property,



administration or sales support background and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.We're Looking For Someone WithExperience preparing House & Land packagesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to read plans of subdivision and engineering documentationUnderstanding of construction methods and site cost considerationsResCode and siting knowledgeStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with CRM systems, Excel and reporting toolsA proactive approach and the ability to keep things moving without constant directionWhy this role?
