You bring:Strong practical experience leading organisational change in complex environmentsExcellent communication,facilitationand stakeholder engagement skillsA pragmatic, solutions‐focused approach to overcoming resistance and barriersThe ability to remain calm and effective through ambiguity and transformationQualifications & Experience:Essential: Tertiary qualification, change management certification, and 10+ years' experience delivering large‐scale organisational or technology changeDesirable:
