You will drive labour investment aligned with demand, commercial performance, and compliance, delivering data-led wage budgets and productivity improvements.You will coach a specialist team, partner with IT for WFM solutions such as UKG, and lead enterprise-wide change to uplift rostering and efficiency.
This role travels interstate as needed.
