keeping projects moving and making sure the work is delivered to the standard we're known for.You'll work closely with builders, clients and management and have the freedom to take ownership of projects and make decisions on site.We're not looking for someone to simply follow instructions.We want someone who wants to set the direction.What We're Looking ForCurrent A-Grade Electrical Licence3+ years' experience as a qualified electricianLeading Hand experience preferredGood commercial, residential and service experienceExcellent electrical knowledge and fault-finding skillsAbility to read plans and coordinate worksStrong communication and leadership skillsHigh standards of workmanshipSomeone who wants to grow with the businessCert II in Split Air Conditioning or air conditioning experience is preferred but not essential.Where This Could Take YouMVM is growing — and we want our people to grow with us.
