The Canberra Southern Cross Club is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our Jamison Canberra Southern Cross Club kitchen.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead daily operations, ensure quality, and uphold WHS while supporting a high‐performing team.You will supervise and train staff, manage rosters, and maintain HACCP standards.
The role requires strong organisational skills, reliability, and a team-oriented approach to ensure service excellence.
