Backed by an award-winning leadership team and over 20 years of proven success, we continue to deliver outcomes with integrity, collaboration and a pursuit of excellence, always striving to create meaningful impact for the people and organisations we serve.About the RoleAs a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping employers manage mental health events, and helping workers and veteran clients transition successfully, return to work or re‐engage in meaningful activities.
Your responsibilities will include:Delivering workplace wellbeing and rehabilitation services aligned with your mental health speciality (early intervention, adjustment counselling, wellness coaching, employer consultancy, facilitated discussions, and training)Liaising with key stakeholders including medical professionals, employers and support networksCoordination of return‐to‐work plans (vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, work trials, and job placement) and non‐return‐to‐work plans (engagement in treatment and psychosocial activities)Assessment of Veteran client's rehabilitation and well‐being needsCreate and implement individual rehabilitation plans to promote a successful transition from the Australian Defence Force to civilian lifeThis is a contractor chance, with flexible hybrid working options.Why Join UsJoining Easec as a contractor you will be treated as a highly valued part of the Easec team, making up 40% of our workforce.
