We are looking for a Tradesperson, Trade Assistant or experienced Construction Worker/Labourer to join our installation team.
You will be trained in the prefabrication, building and installation of coolrooms and insulated panel structures.
This is a full time position, with the opportunity for a permanent position following a 6-month probation period.Key responsibilitiesPrefabricating insulated panel componentsBuilding and installing coolrooms, freezers and insulated structuresUsing a range of hand and power toolsMeasuring, cutting, assembling and fitting panels and componentsWorking on commercial construction sites throughout NSW and occasionally the ACTWorking as part of a small team to complete projects safely and efficientlyLoading, unloading and handling materials and equipmentFollowing all company procedures and WHS requirementsAbout youMinimum 1 year of construction or relevant trade experienceExperience using hand and power toolsA current NSW Driver's LicenceYour own reliable vehicleA current WHS White CardGood understanding of current WHS/OH&S; requirementsGood practical skills and a willingness to learnA strong work ethic and reliable attendanceAbility to work effectively as part of a teamMinimum 40 hours per week, including RDO accrual4 weeks annual leave + 10 days personal/carer's leave per yearCompany vehicle provided for travel to and from job sitesPPE, uniforms and safety equipment suppliedConsistent, ongoing work with an established companyWork with an experienced and supportive installation teamOpportunity to develop specialised skills within a growing industryAbout usCentral Coast Coolrooms Pty Ltd is a well-established company based in Somersby on the Central Coast, specialising in the prefabrication, supply and installation of insulated panels for coolrooms, freezers, and commercial construction projects throughout NSW and the ACT.
