You'll be hands-on, engaging with guests, running a tight and welcoming floor, and making sure every table gets the Menzies experience, whether it's a quick lunch or a long, leisurely evening.This is a role for someone who wants to grow into full venue leadership, and who sees hospitality as a craft, not just a job.What You'll BringSolid wine knowledge: you're confident guiding guests through a wine list, making thoughtful recommendations, and talking through pairings with genuine enthusiasm.A friendly,
