THE POSITION
Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service.Producing high-quality catering for school functions, events and special occasions.Ensuring food is prepared to consistently high standards of taste, presentation and quality.Assisting with menu preparation, food production planning and stock control.Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development and function catering.
THE PERSON




Is a qualified chef or has demonstrated commercial kitchen experience.Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food.Can work efficiently in a busy service environment.Has strong organisational and time-management skills.Works well collaboratively within a team.Understands food safety and hygiene requirements.Brings a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
