This role combines operational leadership, contract management, budget oversight and stakeholder engagement across a diverse portfolio of community facilities.If you enjoy solving complex maintenance challenges, developing capable teams and improving service outcomes for the community, this is an prospect to make a visible contribution every day.What You'll Be DoingLead reactive and renewal maintenance programsManage facility maintenance contracts and contractorsDevelop budgets, programs and work scopesMonitor expenditure, performance and service levelsSupport building inspections and maintenance planningLead, coach and develop your teamManage permits, compliance and WHS requirementsStrengthen systems, records and service processesWe're looking for a facilities maintenance leader with sound technical judgement, strong contract management capability and a practical approach to leading people and improving services.
