ABOUT THE ROLEAs a part of the 2IC role, you will be responsible partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales and building a team first culture and drive results for your store.
In your role you will help:Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and supportEnsure all KPI's are met with a robust focus on the customer journeyAnalyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and productsExecute VM and promotional activity in line with business directivesProvide stock feedback and manage the store's inventoryWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
