In this role, you'll plan and coordinate the movement of surgical kits (instrument sets), ensuring products are available, assembled and delivered on time for procedures.
You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Kit Rooms, playing a key role in supporting positive patient outcomes through reliable supply.What you'll doSchedule and coordinate surgical kits for upcoming casesEnsure availability of instruments and inventory to meet demandAlign bookings with inventory levels and kit room capacityBuild strong relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and hospital staffIdentify and resolve scheduling or supply challenges quicklyEnsure kits are delivered complete and on timeMaintain strong communication with internal teams and customersContribute to process improvements across scheduling and operationsFollow quality, compliance and operational standardsWhat you'll bringStrong organisational and planning skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities at onceClear and confident communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving mindset with the ability to think criticallyComfortable working with systems and dataPreferred Experience in logistics, supply chain,
