We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and personable Full Time Receptionist to join our customer service team.
This role is pivotal to delivering an exceptional member experience and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the business.As the first point of contact for members, guests, and enquiries, you will represent the TotalFusion brand with warmth and professionalism.
You'll manage all front desk operations, provide administrative support across departments, and play an active role in member communication, engagement, and account management.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for all in-person, phone, and digital enquiriesGreet and welcome members and guests promptly and professionallyDirect enquiries and visitors to the appropriate team member or departmentManage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is welcoming, organised,
